I always do more deals during the holidays...
Dating back to my very first flip I have found that I ALWAYS tend to do more deals during the holidays... it seems that early on in my investing I stumbled onto the discovery that most investors take the holidays OFF leaving the market wide open for the picking...
During the month of December I contracted more deals than in a 2 week time frame than I had done in the last 3-4 months and we had a good year, honestly!
How many of you ramp up your efforts during the holiday season?
