Can someone offer up some pros and cons on flipping, rehabbing and selling a multifamily (duplex) vs. flipping, rehabbing and selling a single family home?
Im more familiar with the processes of single family flipping, but how about multi family? Would the primary market be other investors looking to buy and hold?
@Yazeed A. It depends on the types of flips. If you are looking to wholesale you can sell to anyone. If you want to buy and rehab the buyer pool will be more retail buyers. In the end it comes down to price you buy it at.
