Marketing other wholesalers properties
Greetings all! I'm am currently marketing another wholesalers (I have never worked with before) property that he recently got under contract. We verbally discussed a % split for the referral/bird dog, but how do I ensure that I receive the funds if my buyer closes on the deal?
