Off- market properties

hello BP family! Hope all is well!

My question is where do I find off-market multi family properties to buy and hold? I am interested in out of state investing but if I find good deal in my state NY I will definitely go ahead, but I want to invest in Houston TX, NC, PA.

I am new in this field and all suggestions and advice will be appreciated.

Thanks.

@Ekaterina Gelashvili

To find properties that are off-market you will either need people in those locations find deals for you, or you will have to market to them (online or via mailers).
