Kansas City investor new to BP
New member to BP currently living in Canada and investing in Kansas City. I love the city the people and most importantly there are great deals. I am a contractor and I look for properties that most people will walk away from. I currently own 2 SFR's, one that is rented and cash flowing while the second is fully rehabbed and will be on the market in February. I am actively looking for more properties.
