Where is a good area to start investing in NJ?
My husband and I are currently work in NYC and would like to find a place to live in the house while we are fixing it ourselves. so it will be great if it's fairly close to the city. Thanks for reading!
Personally, I think a good area to start investing in NJ is Edgewater, but also consider Jersey city, Hoboken and Union city. Good luck!
I'm gonna assume you're looking to live-in fix and flip a single family home. I live in Hawthorne, around 25 minutes out from the city and waterfronts like edgewater, hoboken, etc. are being dominated by all cash buyers and multi-family developers. Look a little farther out in more suburban areas and you should be able to find yourself a nice deal.
