How's the neighborhood on 61st near Dineen Park in Milwaukee

I'm looking at a property on 61st street near Dineen park in Milwaukee. It appears that the crime is relatively low and the schools are decent in the general area. The wholesaler says I should get at least $1000 in rent for a 1060 sqft home.

Do any of you locals have any thoughts about this neighborhood?
