Comic Relief - I can't believe this call
Ok, guys! You know I'm currently interviewing potential tenants....
Mr. Potential - I know you looking for a 600 credit score and former landlord referrals.
Me: Well, if there's anything in your background that doesn't meet the requirements it's best you save your $39.
Mr . Potential - Ummm, well I'm taking my current landlord to court, because he promised to fix things and didn't do it and I've only been here for 6 months. Prior to that. I had to leave that place because the rats ate a hole in the walls and we couldn't stay there. I left that lease early as well.
Me - You can certainly complete the application, but if you feel like you don't meet the requirements, it might be best to continue your search.
Mr. Potential - Well, my credit is not great, but can I please still view the property you are right next to the zoo and my kids are tired of us moving every year for the last 3 years.
DUH! - No need to waste your $39.00.
