Need a REI forms or ATTORNEY for MD, DC, VA deals

Hi everyone!

I live in the DC Metro (Maryland, DC, VA) area and need an attorney referral to draft forms (letter or intent, purchase contract, subject to contract, lease purchase, etc) or if someone could tell me where to get forms written for Maryland and DC REI deals.

Any information you have on REI forms or what attorney you are working with in the MD and/or DC area would be greatly appreciated!
