Hoarder house-now what?

What do we do with the boat trailer and the car we just inherited? Of course they somehow forgot to leave the keys and title work...or maybe we just haven't located them yet amidst the piles!!!

Welcome to BiggerPockets, @Christine Thilmony. Firs things first. Just because they left it behind doesn't make it yours automatically. If you don't have a signed bill of sale, or some sort of documentation from the previous owner giving these things to you, you must follow the abandoned property laws in your state. 

Are they previous tenants, or did you buy the property from them and they left a big bunch of stuff for you? Do you have any way to get in touch with them to see if they want to take it or if they have the title work/keys/documentation to pass along to you?
