Recapture of subsidy
If you have used a USDA loan to buy a property, have you actually had to pay back the subsidy you were granted once you are out of the program/sell your property? I have heard numerous stories from people who have never had to pay back subsidy.
Wondering if anyone has actually had to pay it back after refinancing or selling your property.
