Looking for Investor Friendly RE Agent/Broker in Contra Costa CA
I'm looking for an investor friendly real estate agent/broker who works in the Contra Costa County California area. I'm looking for fix/flip properties with all-in budgets $400K and under. The agent should be able to contact me when a good deal comes up and be able to show me property as well. I've been honing in on the Antioch, Concord, and Martinez areas, since these seem to fit those qualifications. Do you know someone who is investor friendly, understands the numbers, and is familiar with this area of Contra Costa county?
