Hi BP

I have a home in San Antonio Tx close to Locklane Air force base it rents for $1050 a month with a 105 pm fee the mortgage is 846.50 PITI my take home profit is $98.50 as long as there are no repairs or vacancies not a great property I know. Here is my question should I sell it or keep it? In the past 3 years 2013-2015 I have lost $12,690/3 $4230 a year due to repairs and vacancies also it has hi taxes and ins $317.19 a month, should I sell it and if I do what happens with the taxes and write offs I have had it for about 8 years. any help with what I should do would be appreciated thanks
