OK so my parents are in the process of divorce. My mom mentions to me they will sell all properties, they are cashing out. Now remind you I am very new to this and I have only focused on wholesaling. Now if their selling, they would prefer I be the recipient. I have no clue at all what to do. Someone with knowledge about this please HELP!
