Hello fellow investors,

I am currently investing in Houston (rehabbing a property) but I would like to see what it takes to go into the buy and hold market. I have been watching Brandon's webinar on the matter and I love the BRRR strategy but I don't know how to implement it in real terms. Is there any investor out there that could help me with this? Ideally, I would like to meet but I guess it's probably better to communicate in here first. Thank you very much in advance!
