Just starting out
Hey everyone!
I've been meaning to get started in real estate for a while and recently I made the decision that this year would be my year to finally get the ball rolling so here I am. I am a 4th year student in college and I know I don't have a significant amount of capital to begin with so I am planning on starting out with wholesaling to gain some knowledge of the industry and some firsthand experience (with slightly less financial risk) and most importantly build up capital! I want to eventually run a complete real estate investment firm and am looking for people in Kansas City to network and connect with as I begin this journey.
