Moral/legal issues of deal seeking as an agent

I have recently passed the necessary tests to become a licensed real estate agent in Arizona.  However, I am hoping to better understand the moral and legal implications of becoming an agent in regards to marketing/seeking deals.  Basically I want to learn how it will impact my ability to seek out deals if I decide to become licensed.  Any advice as to where or how I could learn more about this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rob,

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm going to disclose and move about my business. Initially I'll only use my license for my personal purchases, etc. I'm curious as to what others have to say.
