I am making offer on this duplex that has extremely strong pet odors everywhere, not only from the carpet, the carpets were already removed, I just think it's everywhere.

Is there any other ways to get rid of it if kilz is not enough? Need your inputs please!!! Thank you!

A coat of kilz original on the subfloor would probably do the trick and open the windows
