Great website to see to forcast growth in your area
I just found a great website that I think would come in handy for locating where to invest. This website has a free interactive map that shows where net wealth is increasing or decreasing by state and county. Its very easy to use and thought it would be very valuable to other members. It doesn't show land values but if money is leaving then land values are sure to follow.
