Resort condos in orlando florida

Im wanting to buy a condo at a resort in the orlando area. We want to be snowbirds and rent it out the rest of the year and therefore recoup cash while we are away. My question is, do most all resort condos allow you to rent it out?

Also, does anybody know of any great resorts with good condo prices for sale?
