Hi. I'll be in Fort Myers from the 14th-16th (like tomorrow). I'm looking at a couple of beach houses in Fort Myers beach area for to purchase 1 as a vacation/rental property. Need major work is preferable. 300k ish ideally. Even more I'd like to get acquainted with the rental market in metro Fort Myers. Was hoping to link up with a good wholesaler or even an agent to give me a fast area education and help me jumpstart a portfolio of 5-10 homes there. 35k - 75k per unit is what works for me in Nashville. I focus on homes that are cheap, need work and provide good cap rates. I'm catching a few ballgames but other than that I'm available to look at real estate. Anybody willing to give me a crash course in the area and maybe get involved in assisting my purchases would be awesome. Thx, ED

@Edward Fedorovich

35-75K a unit will be hard to find in SWFL. There is some inventory in Charlotte county that might meet your criteria.

Wouldn't mind grabbing coffee on Tuesday and giving you an overview of the SWFL market.
