Messed up big time

Hello,

I messed up. I did not know how real estate transactions work and i signed two sale transactions on my home. When it was listed, i got an offer, and the next day the realtor who had made the offer sent an email saying the buyer has withdrawn their offer. I thought me as the seller can do the same thing.

What can i do?

Can you give some more details? When you say that you signed "two sale transactions" do you mean that you have two separate offers and you accepted both of them? Are you using a Realtor?
