California Purchase Agreement for Condominium

I used to see the popular California Residential Purchase Agreement and Join Escrow Instructions (for signgle family residential property - attached or detached).

My question is, for buy/sell condominium or townhome, is there a specific purchase agreement document? (such as California Purchase Agreement for Condominium or California Purchase Agreement for Townhome)

Thanks

Eugene

From what I know, it's the same contract.
