Hi all, I have a motivated seller who is facing foreclosure and id like to evaluate the deal as a subject 2. Here is my current list of questions for my seller script. Please let me know what you think and if im missing anything. Your comments and input are much appreciated. This is pre-meetup which i can do over the phone text or email. Sub2 script questions for seller: Hello (seller) Thank you for calling me. We spoke earlier over the phone. Please send me the info for the following questions How much is owed on the mortgage? When are you available for me to see the home? How long has it been since your last mortgage payment? How much is your monthly payment? Whose name is on the mortgage? What is your mortgage interest rate? Do you have any 2nd mortgage, reverse mortgage, judgements or liens on the house? Is your home listed with a real estate agent?
