The possibility of attending UVA this fall leaves me with some decisions to make. One of the biggest factors is if I can find a real estate investment to stay in while at school.
I am open to the possibilities, and will be in Cville next week if anyone would like to chat about the local market, coffee on me.
Do you know someone needing a live-in Property Manager? How about a live-in Realtor, that can offer listing services and market knowledge on future deals? Looking for a responsible 23 year-old student, with career and life experience to enter a lease-to-own situation?
