Does anyone in the Fayetteville/Spring Lake (really anywhere around Fort Bragg) area have info on where to look for houses that have the highest rental value?? Thanks in advance for the help. Cheers -Chris

average rental prices in Fayetteville are around $750 if you factor both condos/apartments/houses

older sf homes with large square footage can get you to the 950-1000 range

There are places that rent for over 1000 but it's limited to large newer houses or apartments, and they are uncommon.

spring lake will usually rent for less than Fayetteville/hope mills.

These numbers are based on my personal experience, not research.
