Comparable sales in SE michigan
I am wondering if anyone can tell me the price per sqft that homes in redford have been selling for after being fixed up. Specifically the north east corner of five Mile and beech Daly. One agent is telling me $100 and it is just hard for me to believe. Can I get a second opinion? Thank you!

HAHAHAHAHA. Get a new agent. I know Redford, and the 7 different Micro Markets. NW of Beach and 5 mile is:
$70k with Garage or bsmt
$75k with Garage and Bsmt
$65k without garage or bsmt
3 bed; 1/1.1 bath; 950-1150 sq ft
