1. Sign up for a BiggerPockets Account
2. Fill out all of your information and add a profile picture
3. Upgrade a pro account
4. Join in on the forums and help people out at whatever level you are at. Remember you are here, you have something to contribute.
5. Get a buyers site and put it in your signiture
6. Post 1 to 2 contributions in the Marketplace a day
7. Post a craigslist ad
That's it
This has gotten me 5 to 10 new buyers a day.
This is a very effective way to build your list, network, get help, find other information etc.
