No Room For Dishwasher

I’m under contract for a gut rehabbed two flat with no appliances. During the inspection today, I noticed there’s no space for a dishwasher in either unit. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a way to make room for it? Are there some sort of mini dishwashers or ones you can attach to a wall like a microwave? How much will this affect rents?
