Investing in Indy

Hello I've been looking at some properties on Craigslist and Redfin in Indianapolis. There seems to be a lot of good deals around but idk I'm not too familiar with the area. What are some of zip codes to invest in and what are some ones to avoid. The property I was considering is located in 46226. Any information will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

@Stephen Lewis Indianapolis can vary neighborhood to neighborhood so you can't generalize about a zip code. There are a lot of good rental areas in the 46226  but you need to know the areas. When you say "there seems to be a lot of good deals" what are you basing that on? Be careful of basing that on cheap prices. We've sold a lot of turn key properties in the 46226 area. Feel free to reach out if I can be of help.
