Zillow will allow you to find some pre-foreclosures that are in your area. Those folks can be motivated. Door knocking these pre-foreclosures is a bold way to acquire leads and a great way to overcome fear. Tell them you are looking for properties in the area and were wondering if they have thought about selling. Do what most won't and you will succeed.
