Ontario Title Searches are getting $$$$$ - any alternatives?
I normally get my title searches for properties I am interested in from speedysearch.ca but at 70 bucks a pop this is getting ridiculously expensive. Are there any cheaper alternatives...besides me going to the land registry office which I simply don't have time to do. What do you guys do for title searches to find the owners of a property you are interested in?
