Finding a realtor for lower priced homes

the house im looking at has an asking price around $5,000. Ive already contacted a couple of realtors who flaked on me, im assumeing its because their commission would be so low on such a low-priced house.

What should I do?  Offer an extra cash incentive, deal directly with the listing agent?
