is having a debate on facebook enough to get me fired? im not being nasty or calling people names, just have an opinion

Not really a matter of "getting fired". You have an independent contractor agreement/relationship with your broker. Either party may terminate at any time, for no reason. Having said that, I've never had a concern about expressing my opinion.
