I am currently looking for an investor friendly Real Estate Agent in Columbus, Ohio. I live in Seattle, Washington and will not be able to tour ever property, but I am very serious in finding something within the next few months. I would prefer to buy a single family home/ duplex property with minimal maintenance that I can keep as a rental property and add to my portfolio. I would love to work with someone who is as serious about real estate as I am.
