Good Morning BP,

I just purchased my 1st property in downtown Memphis. I have a small mortgage on this property for $15,000. I was originally going to pay for the rehab cost out of pocket. It seems that the budget has almost double. Is there anyone that would fund me the rehab cost ?

or if someone have any other suggestions, I am all hears. :-)
