Hi everybody.  Since I have been on the podcast, I have had a ton of newbies asking me for my checklist that I use for inspecting houses.  I have uploaded it to the file forum.  You may want to add more and some of the checklist items are specific to Michigan but this is what I used to vet properties more effectively the first time I see them rather than seeing things come up after the first visit.  Hope this helps everybody.
