Trouble getting people to view a house

Hello Bigger Pockets Community!

I work with my family and we buy houses fix them up and sell them. We have recently bought some land and built a house on it and are trying to sell the house now. We are having problems getting enough people to view the house. We have put an ad in the local paper and have the property on an online realtor sites. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to get more people to see the house? We have a real estate agent but I don't know if he is doing everything possible to get people to see the property.
