Tracking your Virtual assistant performance
Hi everyone,
I just hired a virtual assistant recently. She will be cold calling people and setting up appointments. Any ideas on how to track her performance? She'll be recording all the calls made through skype. What conversion rate should I expect from cold calling? She will be calling Monday through Saturday, 5 hours per week. At what time of the day should she be cold calling? Should she bother leaving voice mails or calling the same numbers again when no one picks up the phone?
