As a fix and flip beginner i'm trying to find a way to make the comps finding as efficient and simple as possible.

Is there a good tool out there for finding comps other than the usual Zillow or Trulia search?

Thanks!

zillow and trulia are NOT going to provide you with accurate numbers to run comps. Unless you thoroughly know an entire neighborhood, real estate agents are the best source for accurate comps
