Hi Bigger-pockets peeps:

There is a multi-unit property that I am looking to buy. I found out today that the property has Section 8 tenants. I've never dealt with section 8 before. Any horror stories, pitfalls, pain in the rears that anyone out there has had? I've love to see what the community has to say about it.
