Deed recorder- question about property title

Hi everyone,

There's a lady that wants to sell me her house and after doing some research, I found out she's facing foreclosure. I noticed the deed was assigned from Fannie Mae to JP Morgan back in 2014. Foreclosure was filed back in 2011. Does this mean JP Morgan now owns the property or does the seller still owns the property?
