Hey there so I am a 22year old looking to eventually dive into the real estate industry, with so many different types of real estate investments opportunities out there from single family, to duplexes, apartment buildings, ect. i just want to get some feedback and advice before i jump in the industry, so what type of property was your first property that you obtained? How did you obtain it? and what did you do with it? (Flip/Rent/Section8/ect.)

 Hi Jerad,

Well at first it looked like a townhouse and/or condo. This was in Valencia, CA. HOA, special taxes, and such...just made for a buz kill! for something that was not a whole lot better then a multy-Family apartment.

Came out to Lancaster, CA just for giggles...Well the rest is history...SFH 2045Ft/Sqd of living space from 980FT/Sqd..NO HOA!!! No special development taxes...Sold One year now, 16% increase in equity. Cheaper then Rent by $250.00...and it's mine all mine...(evil laugh).
