I was wondering if anyone knew a good company for a property survey or the average price to pay for a survey of a .19 acre lot.

    This would be for a property in Raleigh, NC.

    I have a neighbor that I believe has a corner of his house and a gravel driveway pretty far into our already small lot.

    Kevin Piver with CDK Geomatics (www.cdk-geo.com) has done many surveys for my residential clients. Quality work, reasonable prices. He's good so he stays busy, and he may have a 2-3 week wait time. Most of the surveys I've seen around the Triangle run between $350-$450.

    I can recommend Barry Scott (Scott & Co) in Raleigh (He has done many surveys for me in Raleigh/Chapel Hill).  PM me if you have trouble googling him
