Good morning,
We are seeking a Broker seasoned in distressed residential investment properties to verify the ARVs of 8 houses we are picking up for renovation jobs. Our financial associate is prepared to hire for this BOP immediately.
We have made several calls over the past week and have received a phenomenal lack of response. Is this an area of service most Brokers don't want to be bothered with? Really curious about that!
