so I'm in the process of getting pre qualified for a loan. I think I should be set after today. Before I find or look for properties should I hire an attorney? Or should I do that once I have my property in mind?

A strong asset protection plan incorporates both insurance policies and certain types of documents drafted by attorneys which shift costs, shift burdens, and shift liabilities. Sit down to speak with a local Attorney to discuss what documents you may need in your particularized business plan, and to help you work on those documents.
