Investment or Residence... I want both
I'd like feedback on options to my current situation.
I'm interested in 30 acres with SFR outside of Gainesville priced at 200k.
However our 5 year plan includes buying 5 rental properties over the next 2 years. The residence would require the 25% down we had planned for one of the rentals.
My question to the Community is... How can I structure the deal to get both? While minimizing the additional monetary output.
