hello,

I am interested in investing in Trenton and have read a few posts from 2014 and earlier. I am interested in learning how today's market Conditions are and which areas are preferable to invest in. 

I understand there is more investment activity in the area. 

Has crime activity shifted lower in the last two years?

Any general advice would be helpful.
