Hello, I'm a realtor/investor in the Syracuse area. Our area is great for cash flow, not as much for appreciation...but that has been changing recently with the exodus of NYC residents coming here, and the addition of a humongous Amazon Distribution facility (which is being built on my family's golf course by the way) and the revitalization of downtown Syracuse which has been under way for around 7 years.  I will be developing a building in the downtown area shortly (not a simple process to get started). Not a lot is available, properties on the market have multiple bids over asking.

I always like to connect with other investors in the area, to help with the process and discuss investment opportunities.
