Could someone walk me through some positives and negatives with a section 8 deal?

4 unit bldg. All units are occupied with the tenants intention to continue living in the units.

Taxes roughly $2.857 per year
Maint Fee 745/Monthly
Mortgage payment roughly 800-950 with PMI
What additional expenses should I factor in?
